1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dingaflex platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. Dingaflex acts as an intermediary platform connecting vehicle owners ("Hosts") with individuals seeking to rent vehicles ("Renters").

2. User Accounts & Verification

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which includes submitting a valid Driver's License and National ID/Passport.

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• Dingaflex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet verification standards.

3. Vehicle Listings (For Hosts)

Hosts are entirely responsible for the accuracy of their vehicle listings. Vehicles must be legally registered, comprehensively insured, properly maintained, and safe to drive. Dingaflex reserves the right to remove any vehicle that does not meet safety or platform standards.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Fees

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Renters are charged at the time of booking. A platform fee is deducted from the gross rental amount before the remaining balance is deposited to the Host's wallet. Users agree not to bypass the Dingaflex payment system; doing so will result in immediate account termination.

5. Vehicle Handover and Condition

Both Renters and Hosts must complete the Digital Handover Report via the Dingaflex Dashboard at the start and end of every trip. This includes documenting mileage, fuel levels, and taking exterior photos to verify the vehicle's condition. Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received.
